GET-OMP Laboratory

The GET is a laboratory for fundamental research and applied more than 165 permanent staff (about 250 people with the students, post-docs, personal under fixed-term contracts, etc.). Our areas of expertise are those of Geosciences and Environmental Sciences built goshawks of researchers from 5 different statuses: CNRS researchers, IRD researchers, Faculty of the University Paul Sabatier (Toulouse III), Physicists Observatories (CNAP), Researchers CNES. IMRCP Laboratory

MGE Laboratory

Invisible but key players of biogeochemical cycles that underpin the functioning of the biosphere, the microorganisms have a considerable impact on the environment, health and economy. The microorganisms are, in fact, most of the diversity of the living world, and only the knowledge of the relationship between environmental changes and changes in the diversity of microbial communities can help control microbial processes that govern the operation and sustain our environment. The microorganisms are, in addition, of primary interest study models in molecular and cellular biology, genetics, immunology, in the field of evolution and ecology. Read more...

EDB Laboratory

The Evolution and Biological Diversity laboratory aims at understanding the ecological and evolutionary processes that generate and maintain the biological diversity of individuals, populations and communities. By focusing on the interactions between organisms, the laboratory’s objectives are to: Evaluate and characterize biodiversity, Study the mechanism of change in biodiversity, Evaluate the role of selection in populations and speciation (speciation is the evolutionary process by which new species arise). Medimeer Laboratory

The European Institute of the Sea: (IUEM) is a multidisciplinary organization whose objectives are: Increase knowledge of the marine world, Study and observe the interactions of the marine world with the atmosphere and the continental areas, Train researchers and managers in these areas, Contribute to the observation of changes, natural or manmade in this environment.
